Omega's original "Dark Side of the Moon" watch was powered by the 9300 movement. The 9908 movement used in this watch, as the manual-winding black version of the 9900 movement, naturally inherits all the advantages of the 9900 movement except for the automatic version, such as Omega's exclusive Co-Axial silicon escapement, quick-set time zone, and Arabic-style Geneva stripes decoration. In terms of performance, its certification level naturally reaches the highest level of Master Chronometer standard. In addition to being able to withstand strong magnetic fields of up to 15,000 gauss, the timekeeping error has also been improved to 0 to 5 seconds per day, and it also has the same 60-hour power reserve as the automatic movement. What surprised me most was that after the matte black finish, this movement became so cool and futuristic, as if it were a brand new movement.
